DAY 1 DAY 1: BANGALORE –KATHMANDU [BY FLIGHT]

DAY 2 DAY 2: KATHMANDU –NEPALGUNJI [BY FLIGHT]

Morning after breakfast start our journey to MANASA SAROVAR YATRA first we proceedDarshan of the PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE: one of the most sacred hindu temples of nepal – pashupatinath temple is located on both banks of bagmati river on the eastern outskirts of kathmandu. Pashupatinath is the most important temple dedicated to god shiva. Every year this temple attracts hundreds of elderly followers of hinduism. NEPALGUNJ is the centre of mid westernnepal. It has various communities including native nepalis as well as madhesi and muslims. Nepalgunj is connected with the border town of uttarpradesh in india.. The himalayan foot-hills are only seen in the distance. After reach halt at hotel.

DAY 3 Day 3: nepalgunji-simikot (by flight)

Morning after breakfasts start our journey towards simikot. After reach check into hotel afternoon visit SHIVAMANDIR.

SIMIKOT is the administrative headquarters of Humla District of Karnali Zone in the mountain region of northwestern Nepal.

Night dinner and rest in hotel Sun Valley Resort or Similar

DAY 4 Day 4 :simikot-hilsa –purang[by helicopter 30 min and by road 1hr]

After breakfast fly to Hilsa( 3700m) and cross the Karnali river and drive to Purang( 3800m) Acclimatization. And night halt at purang hotel.

HILSA is a town on the northwestern corner of Nepal bordering Tibet Autonomous Region (China) where the HumlaKarnali crosses from the Tibetan Plateau into the mountain regions on its descent to the Ganges. Hilsa is in Humla District, Karnali Zone facing Burang County, Ngari the westernmost prefecture of the T.A.R.
From Hilsa a rough road extends 51 kilometres (32 mi) into Nepal as far as Simikot

PURANGis also known as Taklakot or Burang. Purang is the first “city” in Tibet. You’ll walk across the Friendship bridge at Hilsa and be met by a military individual who will take and check your passports. You should also meet your Tibet guide here.

DAY 5Day 5: purang –manasasarovara lake [Drive 3hrs to lake and parikrama]

After breakfast drive to MANSAROVAR LAKE. Before reaching Mansarovar Lake you see Rakshyas Tal from the way. Today is the day of lifetime as you have the first sight of Holy Mt. Kailash and holy lakeMansarovar. Your overnight will be at manasasarovara Guest house

DAY 6 Day 6: manasasarovaralakepooja-Darchen and Trek to Asthapad

Early in the Morning PUJA AT THE LAKE AND HOLY DIP IN MANASA SAROVARA and drive to Darchenand Trek to Asthapad.[Optional trip.] halt at darchen hotel.

At Darchenyatris who want MT. KAILASH PARIKARMA with horses and porters will have to confirm our guide so that he can arrange all before starting the Parikarma.

DAY 7 Day 7 :darchen-yamdwar trek-diraphuk [BY 2HRS ROAD AND BY WALK]

Drive toYamadwar trekKailashParikrama starting point and trek to Diraphuk. (4750m) halt at diraphuk guesthouse

Yama Dwar. Here you will meet our yaks and yak men. We will load all logistics on yaks and start Parikrama. Visit Yama Dwar on the way. The First day of Kora is a gradual walking of 5 hours. From the way you have Darshan of West face of Kailash. Today your night halt at Dirapuk. From Dirapuk view of North face of Kailash in a distance.

DAY 8 DAY 8 DIRAPHUK-Dolma la pass-Zuthulphuk [3 TO 4 HRS TREKK AND BY ROAD]

Early morning trek uphill dolmala pass. It takes about 4 to 5 hours. After reaching top of the pass 5800 m then trek down to the valley floor. It takes another 4 to 5 hours. After cross dolmala when you move down you see gaurikunda. This day is the longest and toughest day of parikarma. So be prepared in mind accordingly. Like yesterday today also your overnight will be guest at zuthulphuk.

DAY 9 DAY 9:-Zuthulphuk -PURANG-HILSA [BY TREKK AND ROAD]

Today is last day of Parikarma. After breakfast you trek down of 10 kms with the winding gradual track and arrive at the place called Chongdo. Our transport will pick up you and drive to Purang. Before moving towards Purang you will have Mansarovar lake Parikarma by drive. Today your night halt Hilsa.

DAY 10DAY 10: HILSA-SIMIKOT-NEPLGUNJ-KATHMANDU [BY FLIGHT]

Morning fly to Simikot by Helicopter. Same day fly back to Kathmandu via Nepalgunj by domestic airlines.
(Alt: 1350 m / Hilsa – Simikot: 25 min / Simikot- Nepalgunj: 45 min / Nepalgunj-Kathmandu: 45 min) Overnight at Hotel AT KATMANDU

DAY 11DAY 11: KATHMANDU –BANGALORE [BY FLIGHT]

Tour Cancellation policy:

  • All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in written.
  • Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
  • 21days period from tour departure date 50% cancellation.
  • 15 days period from tour departure date 100% cancellation.
  • Tour operators has fully right to change the dates and cancel the trip if any unavoidable circumstances.

Document:

Minimum 6 months valid passport and 5 copies of pp size photograph. A normal health certificate from your personal doctor to those are18 TO 50 years and above by age.

Fitness:

This is not a trek or expedition but a tour; therefore no specific level of fitness is required. Anybody can join this Yatra if they think themselves fit and have strong willpower. People suffering from cardiac or respiratory problems should consult to their doctor. Morning and evening walks, jogging, stretching, meditation and regular exercise make the journey comfortable for all.

Clothing’s:

As the temperature varies greatly between day and night (from max. 20 degrees Celsius to min. -16 degrees Celsius) one should prepare accordingly.

Insurance:

Full travel insurance coverage for medicine, Helicopter evacuation if in case of emergency, lost of belongs, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.

Trip booking:

Minimum 40 days advance booking is required to arrange visa approval and Travel permit issue. We need 50% advance of tour payment by bank while booking trip.

Chinese visa application:

1 week before original passport and 2 pp sizes photo should reach our office in Delhi
Yatri those are above 70 yrs may reject visa by Chinese Authority.

Illegal:

500 and 1000 notes from India are illegal to bring in Nepal; it can be confiscated at airport.
