Special Note :
- Helicopter ticket will be complimentary from Inspire Tourism in case the tickets are easily available on the website.
- In case the tickets will not available in the website then we need to book ticket from other sources with an extra cost, directly payment by the travellers.
- Helicopter tickets are complimentary so if anyone will not take the service that amount will not going to be refund.
- Inspire Tourism does not hold any responsibility in case the ticket is not available or the helicopter will not going to fly.
Important Information
- All the sightseeing depends on the weather condition and flight timings.
- Program may interchange as per the convenience.
- Travelling time mentioned above are approximate timings, it may take longer or lesser time, which depends on the crowd, weather and traffic.
- Everyone should be ready at the timings mentioned above or timings announced by our person in the tour, if anyone get late we will proceed our tour, you should join us in the next destination by at your own.
- Proper south Indian meal will be provided (only veg) with south Indian cook
- Minimum 3 months daily 2 kms walking is required before travelling to Chardham.
- Itinerary is subject to change or cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, like traffic jam, land sliding, any other natural or unnatural calamites and the extra cost occurred has to be paid by the clients.
- Unutilised services amount will not be refunded.
- Inspire Tourism is not responsible for any accident, health issues, unnatural or natural calamities.
- It is advisable to not to travel those who are suffering from health issues like Sever Asthma and Heart problems.
- In Kedarnath you need to take tent for stay which will cost Rs. 300 pp in
Dormitory tent stay. We will refund 500 Rs per person approx. for the same. - If any customer wanted to take the individual room subject to availability, the rate vary Rs. 8000 to Rs. 12000 per room, but the Inspire Tourism hold the responsibility to refund only Rs. 500 per person.
- Rooms are on sharing basis on double/ triple/ four sharing as per the group strength and availability.
CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS: –
- 20 TO 10 DAYS PRIOR : 50%
- 10 TO 5 DAYS PRIOR : 75%
- LESS THAN 5 DAYS : NO REFUND
TERMS & CONDITIONS: –
- Customer should pay PER HEAD advance at the time of booking and full payment has to be paid before of journey. As per company rules.
- Cancellation charges are applicable as per company rules.
- No refund will be made towards unutilised services of the tour.
- Advance amount paid towards reservation of seats is not refundable.
- Sightseeing subject to modification with or without notice.
- All types of personal expense, whatsoever is the matter will be yours.
- Rooms are sharing reservation of hotels and provision of foods as per company rules.
- Rates are subjects to change with or without prior notice.
- Company reserves the right to cancel the scheme.
- GST as applicable extra.
- The service provided by us is of superior quality at the lowest rate.

About transfers
- Always Keep Cool with the Drivers As They Are Not Tourism Educated And Come From Different Remote Villages.
- As there is Shortage of Space for Car Parking in the Entire Sikkim & Darjeeling Region – you will have to wait at the Lobby in time For Vehicle to Start Their Sightseeing /Transfers.
- In this Sector the same vehicles will not be providing For the Entire tour , it will be Changed Sector wise (TAXI BASIS)
- As most of the services are on Point to Point Basis, it is obvious that the Drivers would also keep changing. So keeping this in Mind request you to ensure that do not leave your Belongings in vehicle. Always check your Baggage before Leaving the Vehicle.
- Please maintain the timings for the sightseeing / Transfers, Mainly in Gangtok Vehicle will not Allowed to park at the Hotel instead of Parking Stand. And once our Vehicle Leave the hotel area without picking up the Guests & come back at the Parking Stand then Guest must have to arrange their own To Reach At the parking stand.
- In Gangtok outside Vehicle are not allowed to enter in the city, so only Local Taxi can roam Around Within Gangtok city, And all outside vehicle will pick up & Drop At DEORALI STAND.
We provide local taxi for Pickup & Drop from Hotel to Taxi Stand.
